An AI phone assistant that answers calls to the subscriber's number: it informs based on the subscriber's data, books appointments, takes messages and call-back requests, notifies the subscriber, and can transfer a call live to a number the subscriber gives.
Plans and prices are on the Pricing page; price changes are announced at least 30 days ahead. Start may begin with an introductory price for 3 months. Yearly plans cost 10 monthly fees.
The billing period runs from the subscription day to the same day next month. Included minutes are valid for one period and do not carry over. When they run out, the subscriber's chosen rule applies: the line stops (default), overage is billed per minute, or an automatic 50-minute top-up is bought (at most 20 times a period).
Fees are paid in advance by card through Stripe. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period on the same terms and the fee is charged to the saved card until cancelled; invoices are sent electronically and are available in the app.
The subscriber is responsible for the accuracy of its data, informs its callers about AI answering and recording, and accepts the annexed data processing agreement. AI can make mistakes; bookings are read back and stored only after the caller confirms. We do not guarantee 100% availability. Our liability, except for intent or gross negligence, is limited to the fees paid in the last 3 months.
No minimum term. Cancel any time in the app or by e-mail (info@aihivaspro.hu); cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, no further fee is charged and fees already paid are not refunded. A consumer may withdraw within 14 days; if they asked for immediate start, the proportional fee for the service used is due.
Up to 6 minutes a call and 2 tries per visitor in 24 hours. Demo calls are recorded and kept for 90 days.
Hungarian law applies. Changes to these Terms are announced by e-mail at least 30 days before they take effect. Annex: data processing agreement (GDPR Art. 28), see the Hungarian version.
